Price Match Guarantee

At RisosHaus, we are committed to offering competitive prices and ensuring our customers always feel confident in their purchases. Our Price Match Guarantee allows you to shop with the assurance that you are getting the best possible price on your purchase. Below are the terms and conditions of our Price Match Guarantee:

Eligible Products

• The product must be identical in brand, model number, size, color, and condition (new and unopened) to the product offered by RisosHaus.
• The competing price must be listed and verifiable online, or at a physical retail store within Nigeria.

Competitor Criteria

• The competitor must be an authorized retailer in Nigeria, selling products directly to consumers.
• We do not match prices from auction sites, classified ads, third-party sellers on marketplace platforms, or discount membership clubs that require a paid membership.

Price Match Request

• The price match request must be made at the time of purchase or within 7 days of your purchase from RisosHaus.
• To request a price match, provide proof of the lower price through a link to the competitor’s website or a copy of the competitor’s current advertisement.

Exclusions

• The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or special promotional offers.
  • Bundled products or free gift promotions.
  • Pricing errors or typographical errors.
  • Prices offered through special events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or similar limited-time promotions.
  • Products sold as part of a financing or installment plan with promotional terms.
  • Custom or personalized products.

Limitations

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to a maximum of one price match per identical item, per customer.
• RisosHaus reserves the right to verify the competitor’s price and the availability of the product before honoring a price match request.
• The Price Match Guarantee is not applicable to orders placed on a payment plan or with a financing option.

How to Request a Price Match

• Contact our Customer Service team via email at support@risoshaus.com
• Provide the relevant details, including the competitor’s price, proof of the price, and a link or copy of the advertisement.

RisosHaus’s Right to Deny

• RisosHaus reserves the right to decline a price match request if the terms of the Price Match Guarantee are not met or if the price cannot be verified.
