Introduction
1.1. “RisosHaus” is the product of WDNT (We Design Nice Things) Limited. WDNTLimited (“RisosHaus” or “we”) operates an e-commerce platform, including a website and mobile application (“marketplace”), along with supporting IT logistics and payment infrastructure for the sale and purchase of consumer products and services (“products”) in its designated territory as defined at Appendix 1 (“territory”).
1.2. These terms and conditions apply to buyers and sellers on the marketplace, governing the use of the platform and related services.
1.3. By using our marketplace, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using our marketplace.
1.4. If you use our marketplace for business or organizational purposes, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to agree to these terms. You also bind yourself and your organization to these terms, acknowledging that references to “you” in these terms include both the individual user and the relevant business entity unless context dictates otherwise.
Registration and Account
2.1. Users under 18 years of age are not permitted to register on our marketplace. By using our platform or agreeing to these terms, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2.2. When registering for an account, users must provide an email address/user ID and password. Users agree to maintain password confidentiality and to promptly notify us in writing if they become aware of any unauthorized disclosure of their password. Users are responsible for all activities on their accounts and may be held liable for losses resulting from failure to keep passwords confidential.

RisosHaus reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or edit account details at its discretion, providing refunds for canceled products or services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
3.1. Users acknowledge that the marketplace facilitates online transactions between sellers and buyers. While RisosHaus processes transactions, it is not a party to the agreements between sellers and buyers. Upon the buyer’s confirmation of purchase via the marketplace, a contract for sale and purchase is formed between the buyer and seller.
3.2. Seller’s terms of business govern the sale and purchase contracts, with certain provisions incorporated into these contracts. These provisions include pricing, taxes, delivery charges, product quality, and seller warranties regarding product ownership and rights.
Returns and Refunds
4.1. Returns and refunds of products are managed by RisosHaus in accordance with the marketplace’s returns page. Acceptance of returns is at RisosHaus’s discretion, subject to compliance with applicable laws.
4.2. Refunds for returned products are processed according to the marketplace’s refunds page. Refund policies are exercised at RisosHaus’s discretion, in compliance with applicable laws. Refunds may include product price, shipping fees, and be issued through various methods.
4.3. RisosHaus acts on behalf of the seller in accepting returned products and issuing refunds. However, refunds for digital products or services and fresh food due to delivery failures are managed by RisosHaus. Refunds for other reasons are subject to the seller’s terms and conditions of sale.
4.4. Changes to the marketplace’s returns or refunds pages apply to all purchases made from the date of publication of the changes on our website.
Payments
5.1. Users must make payments due under these terms and conditions following the Payments Information and Guidelines provided on the marketplace.
